  I would recommend Sheree to anyone looking to buy or sell. She made our process so easy and guided us through the whole time. She did amazing marketing with the video and even though we had some conditions which we thought may cause issues with purchasers (we needed to stay on as tenants while our house is being built), we got 4 offers on the first open home and the offer we chose was more than we expected and the purchaser (now our landlord) is awesome. On Sheree’s recommendation we also found our lawyer and mortgage broker who we are over the moon with. We will recommend her to others and we will use her again if we should ever need to buy or sell.
