::I live in Melbourne and ordered flowers through their website to be delivered to a friend the next day. The order went through on my end but didn't go to their inbox from Shopify so the flowers weren't delivered. I emailed them and they were so good about it all they delivered the flowers personally and threw in a free box of chocolates to say sorry about the mix up! Highly recommend.
