  Good prices, a lot of items for sale and clearance. But no attendant to help us. There was only 2 attendants in the checkout and it was hard to get help.

  Nice range. Good prices on some clearance lines. Having bought Kathmandu branded items before quality can be not what you expect for the price. Poor customer service. Asked a staff member for the price of an item. Attitude was very casual, instead of finding out the price it was, "oh I think around $15, Me, "is it on special?" Him, "I couldn't really tell you off the top of my head" I had to take the item to the counter to find out the price, and mentioned to another staff that I had a less than great experience. My complaint was not addressed at all. It was ignored. Nothing. Very Poor.

  Der unfreundlichste Kathmandu bisher. Kein Hallo beim Betreten. Es wird auch nicht auf einen zugekommen, um Hilfe anzubieten. Guter Service sieht anders aus, da kaufe ich doch lieber bei der Konkurrenz gegenüber
