  Good site team is helpful but $50 for sending a txt cause I need to pay a bill is not good customer service.

  Such kind and great service! They really want to make sure you are properly set for your move or storage. The only thing I suggest is to maybe call them to ensure they're open. They don't seem to share their holidays correctly... so, just make sure to call first before going.

  The site is so much bigger than it looks like from the outside; as it got several floors underneath. Have variety of storage space to rent, and each have its own locked door. Just make sure that you remember where you're going as you can easily get lost. You can also easily access your storage after hours.
