  Well organised and well maintained grounds and facilities. We were visiting a friend who was staying there and we had a group lunch (birthday) with them the next day and so we didn't experience staying at Kennedy Park but we did see our friends unit. It was small but functional. The food at the birthday lunch the next day was very ordinary.

  Awesome place to stay. Clean and well presented rooms/units. Facilities outstanding.

  Nice place to stay reasonable price considering there is a pool, bar and restaurant. Cooking are adequate for places, only problem is some cooker rings would not auto light. We both had one of our showers when the water went cold. Would stay again. The are take aways 5-15 minutes walk/drive

  The room we stayed in is a little out dated and could do with an update and some reverse cycle air con but otherwise, The overall experience is great. Perfect place for kids lots to do so highly recommend.

  A firm favourite to stay in Napier and resonates throughout my extended family, warm well appointed units covering all sizes and budget from luxury suites to basic single units Kennedy park is well appointed and family oriented with many options available for children. Swimming pool heated pool games room all star attractions for the kids. Service and staff always top-notch highly recommend this place.
