  Best gym in Whangarei. Great options for all fitness levels, lots of classes available and the fitness floor had an abundance of machines so you won't ever be bored. Staff will always greet & farewell you and are very helpful.

  its always good to get a bit of fitness in your day for me I play golf and walk to work so that's my cardio done when I go to the gym its just getting lean and toning up and if you get the right receptioness you can have a joke with them
