  Don't visit as often customer service slow ,they look like they get in one another's way

  I ordered 3 snack packs for my family. While we waited, 4 groups of people came in after us, got the same meals and had left. After 12 minutes waiting and my order still going no where, I hit the “trainee manager” up! Finally our meals came and they were NOT up to standard. Soggy, gross chips, burgers were slapped together and tasteless. We will not be back to this outlet.

  I rated this poorly due to the lack of service. I was standing in a line for over 5 minutes but people were being served as soon as they walked in the door in another line When I asked the girl behind the counter why I'd waited so long. All she said was "you're in the wrong line we aren't serving there " I wish there had been a sign up saying closed or at least she could've told me considering I'd stood there so long waiting I and others in the line turned away and left for McDonald's

  Rubbish service, Rubbish food, didn't eat it, they need to invest in a set of hearing aids, rude staff, not supprised they have more poor reviews, I think KFC HQ needs to have a look at this store.
