  I was at the Feilding KFC this evening. They were very busy but despite this, Blair the young man that served me, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Blair and the blonde young lady serving the drive through customers delivered great customer service . The owners should commend their staff on a job weldone

  Feilding often serves you great food. On the very odd occasion your order may get mucked up. But hey no ones perfect. Friendly staff are worth revisiting.

  Got a really bad vibe from the cashier as soon as we walked in to the KFC as she was cold, not happy, smiley. After asking a few details about the menu she was pretty vague. Also my friend asked for extra seasoning and was declined by staff of her request several times. We went to our tables only for our feet to stick to the floors!! Sticky with fizzy drink. We as customers pay your staff there wages, so to be declined a request for extra seasoning should not be an issue and be willingly given. Cleanliness of the restaurant should be pirioty and customer service goes along way. Never going back to KFC Feilding!!!

  There was no clean tables and the restaurant was a mess. I ended up asking for a cloth to wipe the table so we could sit at one. There was one man serving and the line was out the door. Pretty rough service for a Saturday, people were going to their cars and going to the drive through.
