::The care is fine great environment good staff there is one major problem for casual visitors in the case of my brother the laundry system is a crock micky mouse. His favourite clothes are gone sent to Auckland mixed together he's got other people's clothes all his items were marked there is someone who knows and sanctioned this arrangement it needs to stop I've got to buy him new cloths. Not happy.
