::Asked for the hairdresser to very simply shorten the hair, while keeping the style the same. Instead she lopped off the front and left me looking ridiculus. Poor communication, expected better for $20 as a student and will not be returning again

::Get my hair cut here, as does my son and father in law. The staff are all fantastic, their communication is great and you always get exactly what you want. The price is so cheap, I've had much worse experiences at barber shops and hairdressers that charge nearly twice as much. Can't recommend them highly enough!

::Really really disappointed today. I usually only pay $18 for my hair cut but today after my cut I found out I had to pay $27 this is a ridiculous increase. As a family of 6, none of us will be returning due to this experience. Very disappointed that they didn't help us and make us walk away wanting to go back.
