  Cheap. But if something breaks, it will, you are waiting in line for 20 minutes for the customer service because there is only one staff member ever on it and 10 people in the queue for it. Customer service isn't their priority. You have to stand in the general question even if you are returning goods due to breakage. Very poor. However the staff are obviously over worked and under paid. My recommendation. Don't buy anything that can break (no electronics, watches, clothes etc) stick to plates, cups and other kitchenware. Everything else is useless.
