  This place is fantastic. Anne and Eddie are the most gracious hosts ever. They fed us the most amazingly, delicious feasts. Hubby and I were lucky enough to have this gorgeous place to ourselves and we had a great time talking to Eddie and Anne. This was our first time staying and a bed and breakfast and it was the best experience ever. Keep in mind that this place run by this couple, not a staff of people so if the place is full you may not get the complete one on one experience that my husband and I were fortunate enough to get. I can guarantee that you will love the house, the hospitality and the views are spectacular. This kind of place is not for everyone so keep in mind that this is someones home, it not a hotel. Personally my husband and I can't wait to go back. If you are looking for a new experience this places is a great place to visit. I highly suggest getting the food as well, she is an amazing cook. :)

  Beautiful property run by the lovely Anne and Eddie. Just 15 minutes from Hobbiton, the lodge is very quiet, clean and has some of the most comfortable beds ever! Anne and Eddie also cook delicious full breakfasts. Highly recommend!
