  I came in to wash two mink blankets which I had bought second hand hence needed to give them a clean even though they were in an excellent condition, the lady suggested a 40 minute dry but I opted for 30 minutes for a more affordable option, she said that I may have to air them out to dry because they'll still be damp, I returned to find the blankets no longer thick and fluffy but thin with creases that had been permanently cooked into the fabric, I asked if she was familiar with drying these blankets and she said yes all the time but she still set the temperature at 90 and had insisted on the longer drying time, I asked if I could have some of the money I paid refunded like $10 of the $22 that I paid but they said it was not their responsibility

  They washed my blankets and they came out so good. If you want your laundry done, you got to do it in their huge machines. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes to get their washing done properly.

  Located next to the art gallery and library inside Northcote shopping centre, means plenty of free parking. You can entertain yourself just looking around the shopping centre while your washing is being done. Great service, the staff are kind and friendly. They have a great knowledge of fabric treatment as they advised me to use different laundry detergent when they found pet fur on my duvet covers.
