The worst hotel I have ever experienced. The rooms smelt of mould and there were huge patches of mould on the carpets, the curtains also had mould growing on them and the room had not been ventilated for a long time and the heating and cooling did not work. The wifi was also down and they did not have any hot chocolate. We supposedly had a "executive suite" but it was far from it. In the morning at about 8.00 the fire alarm went off and everybody just stayed in their rooms. There was no evacuation plan, so nobody cleared the rooms. There was one siren for the whole level and it sounded more like a burglar alarm. It could not be heard in the rooms and also the emergency lighting did not come on and there was no emergency exit signage so it took me about 3 minutes to find the exit. There was only one exit for the whole level and there were no fire escapes so the building was definitely not compliant. I you were to be looking at staying at this hotel I would highly recommend against it. The reception is beautifully decorated to lure you in but the rooms are awful.

In jeder Hinsicht phantastisch.

Quiet and relaxing. But needs a massive overhaul. The carpet throughout smells funky the elevators make u wanna gag and the place is quite filthy. A waterblaster to the outside of the building and a complete revamp and this place would be amazing theirs cracked broken tiles in the bathroom that when pushed would sink through the floor. The shower was filthy and the smell from the restaurants is horrendous. Never once were we asked if we needed anything. Light bulbs are flashing and some are even missing theirs a burnt lampshade in our room I'm not surprised as its just placed on top not fixed. Just yuck.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty with flaking paint. The beds were the cheapest quality you could get with a funny smell throughout the hotel. The receptionist was great, very welcoming and helpful but the staff in the restaurant were something else. We went for breakfast and placed our order. 40 minutes had gone by and no sign of our drinks or food...we didn't order anything unusual - Tea and Orange juice. 3 times we had to remind the staff about our drinks but to little affect. We watched food being cooked with the chef taking no precaution with cleanliness and digging his hands to place everything on the plate, 50 minutes gone and we watched 4 other guests leave without their food. The chef placed people's breakfast onto the bar for the staff to take to the customer but they were more interested in talking to each other than serving...in short some plates sat there for 10 minutes as they walked past them 4 times. We asked where our food was and we were abruptly spoken to by the waitress saying we lost your order from the bar to the kitchen so nothing we can do...We had to leave as an hour had now gone by and not even an apology. Stay clear of this hotel...the staff and management need replacing along with a big refit of the hotel. You have been warned!!!
