  Very poor custormer service. The store person there was very rude . I haven't visited since.

  After purchasing a key to use the Laundromat next door they also operate - put on our load, then sat in our car (parked directly outside) to wait for our load to complete. We'd only been in the car about 2 minutes when the owner came out to our car & banged on our window to demand the return of his key! I told him we always return the key upon completion (as per instructed on our first visit). This was about our fifth visit. He refused to accept that we intended to return the key, telling me that most people don't. I explained for the 3rd time that we are not 'most people' that we have ALWAYS returned the key on completion. Instead of apologizing he said next time he won't even give us one! Needless to say we will NOT return to this business! Nb: we were well dressed and drive a nice clean & tidy car. It was another wet day and we needed to get our washing done - isn't that the purpose of a laundromat ? Very sad to have such poor customer service this time.
