  Highly recommended gym. Good facilities. Programs for all tastes. Yoga to extreme, even a chilled cinema room for an intense session on the treadmill. I found it odd that the grit strength workout area is completely carpeted and no mats provided. Not sure how they keep that carpet hygienic. No steps are provided for the workouts. Perhaps I am spoilt. Wash rooms are clean and spacious with lockers. Bring your own locks. Free day passes are available online for residents to try it out. Guests can borrow a lock at the front desk. Oh and women have their own gym area with no men allowed.

  Close to my work. Easy to get there. Got alot of stuff to use. Changing rooms and shower excellent.
