  Staff are helpful and polite, cinema is very comfortable and it's lovely to watch the movie and drink the coffee.

  We always go to the best cinema in Hamilton. The Lido always seems to have good movies and great ice cream

  Great cinema. Shows arty movies rather than the main stream block busters. Beautiful decor and seating areas. Great place for romance. Don't think i have ever seen children here AWESOME.

  The Lido is a very classy cinema complex of 3 small theatres catering to the discerning movie goer. It hosts several film festivals throughout the year plus the Hamilton Film Society meets for screeings on selected Monday nights. A very high standard of customer service is provided and the huge lounge with extremely comfortable seating alcoves often has casual functions going on. The Lido provides the cheapest student ticket and a discount for regular patrons on Tuesdays. Tickets can be booked and paid for online. The seats in the lounge area and fabric hanging from the walls in the cinema are stunning. And best of all, there are loungers in the front row of each theatre!

  Great venue. Smaller theatres spacious seating and friendly helpful staff. Food cheaper then competitors. Ice cream hand rolled.
