  Went into Life Pharmacy Takapuna - was served by Louise. She was really friendly and helpful. I was looking for skincare for men, she has shown me a few options and I was really happy with my purchase. Well done Louise - you were amazing! Thank You

  Got my daughter's ears pierced here. The two girls that did the job where really excellent. My daughter was a little nervous but they did a great job of distracting her even did both ears at the same time by quietly counting down 3, 2, 1 pop! Highly recommended!

  Was told to wait 5 minutes as soon as we handed our doctor's prescription without even looking at it first. We were just getting eye drops for my son's sore eyes. We parked at a 10 minute parking spot in front of the shop so we didn't really want to go anywhere else. We stayed near the counter. The guy pharmacist whispered something to the other pharmacist. While looking at us with very unfriendly eyes they talked quietly. Since they realised we were not going anywhere else, the pharmacist took the eye drops, handed it to us and mumbled "free of charge." Just to be sure, I asked clearly, "How much is it again?" getting ready to pay. The pharmacist replied "Free of charge. It's fully funded by the government" in a "You didn't know that?" tone. I said thanks and left. Poor customer service overall. No greetings, no smiles. We aren't white by the way. Pharmacist wasn't white either. Not that this info matters. I just wished anyone in their shop was more friendly to us.
