  We went in expecting to purchase an body spray and couldn’t find it. We stood there for a few minutes looking around the shop for a sales assistant and saw at least 3 that were too busy talking amongst themselves to even notice us. We ended up having to approach them and ask them “excuse me, do you work here” to get the answer “yes” then we had to ask “well can you help us” before we even got any assistance. No surprises as to why your shoplifting rate is so high if genuine purchasers go unnoticed in your store.
