  Been there a few times coz this place is the closest to our company. Food is ok, not too bad. Reason I leave a one star is we finally fed up with the check out lady. I won’t tell you who but certainly the biz owner should know who she is. Every time me and my staffs go there her attitude is cold and arrogant. At the beginning we thought she’s just a bit grumpy until today she told us to wait for other customers which had come after us simply because we wanted to order coffee to take away and they wanted to eat in shop. And she treat them nice and politely. Ok so now I know she can talk to customers properly. Maybe it’s just a matter of my handsome Asian face that means something so annoying to her. Yes I’m Asian and I’m handsome but five years living in this lovely country I understand English well and our business represents one part of Rotorua. Next time think it twice before you treat your customers differently.

  Went there for cakes and coffee. Coffee was good but and cake (fudge) was just so so. Feels like more of a place for meals (which we didn't consume).

  Great food and comfortable atmosphere, but be sure to bring some money as food is quite expensive. Definitely recommend the Americana coffee

  Wonderful helpful staff, great food and coffee. Marvelous atmosphere inside or alfresco. Convenient city location.

  Nice location. Close to the lake. Good coffee and food selection.
