::Dishonest and incompetent. I had a package sent from Australia and they lost it. The person receiving the package chased them up for over a week and they kept saying they will have the driver retrieve it wherever they dropped it off. First time, they said they already retrieved it and will deliver, they never did. Second time, they said the recipient can pick it up next week but when the recipient followed up they said it's not there. They gave the address of the shop where they supposedly dropped it off (despite having the complete address and unit number of the office in the package), recipient went there and the shop said they never got anything from the post. After asking them to compensate for the package they said to talk to the sender ... The sender did not lose it. They did. I should be allowed to give no stars.

::Terrible service, I read the other reviews in disbelief... It can't be that bad. I went there the other day for the first time and it was terrible... The Indian lady who works there needs to learn how to smile and be nice to customers. I'm going to the other one that's five km away simply because of her. Would not recommend to anyone. Horrific.
