  We had a booking on Saturday night at 5.30pm. We didn't recieve our mains until 6.45pm. Shocking service. the place was half empty. We were near the kitchen and we watched the staff prepare takeaways ahead of us and because we were the biggest group of 9 people we were served last, even though we had the first booking. Our waiter did not know who ordered what. And the waiter literally took a dish away from our guest after she had started eating it and said it was the wrong dish. There was no room between tables and we constantly had to move our chairs to let other guests past. I would not recommed it. Shame because the food was OK

  The customer service here was exceptional and the food is amazing. The Manger went the extra mile, always making you feel welcome. One time the Restaurant was fully booked and could not fit any more in. Understanding it was a special occasion, He went out of his way and opened up the cafe next door and allowed us to dine. You don't get better than that.
