  We worked with Ben as our agent. Not only was he informed and efficient with pressing deadlines but also very obliging. Ben would always have the correct information on hand and would make meetings work around us. Our first house purchase went seamlessly, with any possible stumbling blocks identified and dealt with by Ben in ample time. The property management team also helped us find our tenants, moving them in as close to take over as possible. We would recommend Ben and the LJ Hooker team in Timaru for property purchases.
