  Solid spot to get fitted out. Great brands and selection, incomparable to other stores in NZ. Great buzz in the store as well with an in house DJ, barista and barber. Service good, but could be better.

  Staff are too cool and casually chatting with each other to even notice me and say something...nice fitout tho. There appears to be a barber upstairs. I felt invisible...

  I’ve traveled around the world and seen a lot of stores, but none can compare with loaded. Great service and awesome selection.

  I can make at least 5 calls before getting an answer, most likely due to the fact the music would be too loud to hear it. When they did answer I had asked what time the barbers would be finishing up that day and what's the latest entry, the reply was that the barbers are there till 6pm (labour day) and the last call is at 5.30pm, we made arrangements and arrived before 5pm, there was no queue and two barbers on staff, we were turned away and told they will be finishing at 5pm. I stated that was the point of me calling up in the first place or I'd save the trip and paying for parking, I was asked who did I speak to, I generally don't ask seeing I don't call expecting misapprehensions. It was revealed that the barbers would be cutting each others hair during work time instead. Not a favourable explanation for a customer. The lighting appears very poor for working conditions, just dim display features. It seems more like a clothing shop with a barbering fashion accessory rather than a proper barbering establishment, so if you intend on getting a haircut it might be wise to try somewhere like Cold Classics or Flash City. Very poor conduct that requires much needed improvement.
