  DO NOT GO HERE!!! ZERO STARS!! Ridiculous waiting times....took my poor old dad to the doctors. Had to wait more than 2.5 hours!!!!! Even then we didn't get seen by the doc and the receptionist tells us he will be going out for lunch at 3. Even though we saw him pop into the staff room while we were in the waiting room I couldn't waste more time or money on such sub standard service. Took my money back and walked out. Thank you very much. I'd rather spend more money somewhere else and be seen on time Will never be going there again.

  Booked in to get an iron injection, we waited an hour and after waiting was told to pick up the prescription and then told to wait again for a room when we had been promised the room we were previously in so the injection could be given immediately...

  So disappointed . Writing this once I got off the fone. The lady at the desk was rude when I asked if there any Female Doctors rostered on...I could tell by the tone of her voice she thinks that I stupid or dump...and she keeps repeating the same questions..I asked if she can put me down on the queue for 4pm she told me just to walk in and the her tone of voice was so rude. The queue is so horrible even if it's just 3-4 people there

  This is the second time I've come here. First with my family and 2nd for myself.... I can not believe the ridiculous waiting time.... I'm actually writing this as I wait.... When I arrived there were only 5 other people waiting and 2 Doctors available and yet...argh....I came in at 10:10 am but its now 11:38 to pick up a subscription THAT'S IT but I still have to wait...totally sucks. I will not suggest this clinic to any one.

  Don't risk your health with these unprofessional people . . Please.. They only CARE about ways to get more funding and not for treating the patients...
