Lovely caffee gourmand, but coffee machine was switched off one hour before closing time and staff started cleaning around us. This did the trick and everybody left as quickly as possible...

Had a wonderful time. The service was very French. The selection of treats were beautifully laid out and my choice was divine. I could have done with a bigger teapot, but I do love my tea, so that's not a surprise. Will definitely be returning.

Great atmosphere, spectacular desserts n lunch, can't ask for more!! They have high chair, those that attached to the edge of the table up to 15kgs. Booking recommended.

Brother's girlfriend brought some back after her trip in Wellington. Some of it didn't survive the flight but the taste was still amazing. The flavours of each item were exactly what was described. The look of each one was also quite nice. Definitely a place to try out when in Wellington.

Had a Sunday high tea, as a birthday treat from my partner. This is a quite non-traditional high tea. No sandwiches, cucumber or otherwise, and no scones, and they accept morning bookings. There were a few savouries, but as you might expect, the focus was sweets. Naturally, presentation and flavour was of the highest standard. You may easily sit for an hour or more nibbling on delicate little treats, sized optimally to encourage savouring. The tea itself was a surprising bonus. On a single sitting you may have as many different blends as you like. Again, these were not your traditional Earl Grey or English Breakfast, with an aromatic but flavourless fruity alternative, no: All were unique blends, aromatic and flavoursome, and well matched to complement the treats. Vegetarian option was available on request. Be forewarned, this high tea is very dairy heavy: it seemed nearly everything was cream or cheese based. If you're not acclimatised to rich, heavy, extremely high energy food, you may feel like settling your stomach afterwards with some fresh fruit from the nearby Countdown.
