  Dr Kiran is an excellent dentist. She is approachable and friendly with a very calming presence. Kiran is also incredibly thorough in her work. She seems passionate about dentistry and is always willing to discuss her findings and suggestions. Lumino provides an excellent customer - focused experience and you leave feeling as though your teeth have been in good hands! The support staff are also very professional.

  I called this dentist on Monday morning and went through to there answer service, they took my details and said that I would recieve a call back. Lisa called me back and I explained what I wanted done and Lisa suggested that I make and appointment and come in for an examination and xrays, she gave me choices for appointments and I selected one, I then went on to say that I had been pre-approved for the Qcard and she told me to bring in 2 forms of ID, I then went on to ask her where in the Hutt was the Dental Surgery she stopped me and said : I have 2 patients waiting and I want to get this appointment into the system first. he manner was sharp and she sounded stressed out. Heres the thing Lisa I was on the phone talking too you so I was your priority I didnt care wether you had 6 patients waiting you should have answered my question without giving me a reason why you couldnt, I found that rude and condescending so I took action and hung up. I called Caroline at Luminos Stokes Valley she made the appointment told me how much the examination and Xray would cost talked me through the process for Qcard and had me on my way in 5 minutes, Lisa this is how it is done now I am a patient of Luminos Stokes Valley

  awesome experience with these guys, very friendly and made sure I was comfortable will definitely go again
