  Rang up Mt Eden practice, got connected to their callcentre as they didn't answer. Got my details taken by some lady and been promised someone would get back to me to make an appointment. Never heard from them...oh well, time to find a new dentist that appreciates clients

  I have been told by my lumino dentist that I had to contact the Lumino head office as they could not be bothered with my enquiry. I have called 3 times and left several messages but no one will return calls even after being promised twice that they will. If you plan to go with Lumino I recommend that you don’t pay for a years services and get the saving. They have zero service and I am having to walk away without the services I have paid for.
