  I was in the unusual position of having to arrange a funeral for someone I barely knew but who had no family. I could not have done this without the guidance, support and patience of the Lychgate team.

  Not a good experience. Funeral director would have been strangled if he'd asked how I was doing & told me I was holding up well. Needed him to organise logistics & he was poor at that. Also was rude to wonderful rest home staff. If Would NOT recommend.
