  2 stars because store has good brands. Linda (sadly our sales contact on Sunday) has reduced this from a 5 starr shop to a 2 star experience with her zero star customer service. Arriving with an item in mind we appreciate not all website items can be in stock. But just asking for the confirmation of the colour seemed like we were asking for her pension fund and kept being told to refer to the website (which shows varying colours of the same name). Same when asked about the size. When we asked for a showroom or warehouse to send us a picture of the material up close in normal light this was obviously a mountain !!! Huffing and eye rolling was enough that i WALKED out for the 1st time ever in NZ. My wife remained and gave her the reasons why i'd just turned and walked without a word and why she was there to SELL not BLOCK to customers. We'll see if she is able to show us the colour of the item. ITS A SHAME HUNTER FURNITURE is no longer in Nelson as Lynfords appears to have not much competition. We'll try SIMPLY FURNITURE in Nelson high street tomorrow. I'm not expecting much from Linda. If the owner reads this, let her go, she's doing you a dis-service.
