  My review is about Petone Macpac staff member Chris who assisted me to process a refund yesterday. I loved his service. He was very caring, trusting and possess a genuine interest to assist customers. I felt happy and satisfied. Thanks Chris.

  Knowledgeable staff. They took the time to fit a new pack properly just so I could decide if I would buy it. I did buy the pack, and now I prioritize shopping at Macpac due to their quality service and lack of cheap branded goods as other outdoor shops starting with K sell.
