  Great community around this local Crossfit gym. They organise many useful workshops all year round about eating healthy, goal setting, pelvic floor strength etc. Classes are in the early morning (5.30 / 6.30), lunch time (12) and evening (17.30 / 18.30) every week day, plus some sessions on Saturday.
