  Lovely studio, warm and welcoming. Ursula did an amazing job on my lashes and I'm so in love with them! Would recomend to anyone!

  CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! Started off great, beautiful studio, lovely technician... but then it went down hill. She glued my eye shut, causing such trauma to my eyes that my vision was impaired for half an hour, followed by severe discomfort. Once I got home i had a look in the mirror to investigate and noticed several lashes actually applied so badly that they were stabbing my eye ball. On my other eye, the most extreme wad of glue covering 1/3 of my eye lashes. I took photos and sent them to her to question what was going on. To cut a long story short, i had to get the lashes removed as directed from several other lash professionals whom i shared the photos with as they said if i don't, i will have extensive damage due to how they had been applied. This took 2.5 HOURS, at MY EXPENSE. she proceeded to block me from her social media and fabricate a story about me supposedly being a "con artist" and threatened me When I asked why she blocked me she said because she does not want bad feedback. So beware, if she makes a mistake with your lashes, she will block you and threaten you and fabricate stories about you to try and discredit you as an individual. This lady is an extremely unprofessional, vindictive 2 faced woman who needs advice on how do deal with unsatisfied customers in a professional (and mentally sane) manner. Worst experience I have ever encountered in my life!
