  Highly recommend! Very responsive, especially during the COVID lockdown period. Matthew was my advisor and was great at keeping me updated with the progress of my visa. Not just while processing the visa, but at lodgement stage. Grateful for the help and securing my visa so that I was able to work as soon as we went into Level 2.

  Today my partner and I have received the greatest news ever! I was completely worried and scared that it wouldn't get approved but we had hope that it would and it did! 🤗🤗🤗 We want to highly recommend Malcolm Pacific to anyone. They have supported us through thick and thin since we applied for their service last year. We went through so much ever since and now coming back to Level 2 and receiving the greatest news, we are beyond happy.
