  I found Manage My Property to be available and often went out of their way to be of assistance. They were reliable, honest, and fair. They treated my tenants well, which encouraged them to stay with my property and to protect my investment. It also generated a good name for me as a landlord.

  I've had an amazing experience renting with managemyproperty since starting a lease in 2019. I moved in at the tail-end of a friend's tenancy and the entire process of handover was 100% hassle-free and smooth as can be - yup, amazingly good! So very lucky to have had Stacey as our property manager throughout the last year and a half, who has been an absolute dream to liaise with and chat to during inspections. :) A year and a half in to the lease and there has literally been zero issues and renting has been made enjoyable and fun once again! I can say it is honestly a delight to be a tenant with managemyproperty - they are hands down the most awesome property agency in the Wellington region and the amount of wonderful reviews here is for a very legit reason. The ladies are friendly, bright, kind, accommodating, and fantastic communicators. On top of this, any maintenance that has been required at the property has been tended to with incredible promptness and efficiency, communication is always on point, and on the occasion where a tight spot has arisen with finances on my end, I've been met with understanding plus manageable options (very very grateful!!). Truly couldn't be more thankful for managemyproperty and the wonderful humans in this team here for taking care of us and our tenancy - renting with you sets such a high standard overall for how all tenants should be treated.   I was a tenant and had Kate Kerr as a property manager and had a great experience with this property management group. She was extremely helpful with any queries/ things that needed fixing during the tenancy and if the opportunity arose I would definitely love to rent from this group again.
