    Avoid-rude attitude and bad sewing job. I wanted to have my jeans shortened. First of all, the woman had a very bossy and rude attitude towards me. She said with a bossy tone "I can't do them this week, I'm too busy".Then when I picked them up a few days later I saw that the stitch was tangled into knots because obviously she hadn't adjusted the tension on her machine. She acted like I knew nothing about sewing and was laughing in my face! She even accused me of pulling the thread and making the knots, what a liar!!!Another client came in and she said: "Wait until I finish with that client!?" Really? I came in first!!! Then she also accused me of losing my receipt when she had already taken it and put it with others. She said the fabric was think and was difficult to make the stitch-rubbish! I grew up with an advanced amateur tailor in the house-my mom has made handbags, clothes, formal dresses, and all kinds of sewing jobs for the family.She also has shortened many pairs of thick jeans for the whole family. All her seams would look right, with no knots. Too bad that she lives overseas so that's why I am stuck with such incompetent people like this woman. The woman finally agreed to re-do them and was obviously annoyed and angry with me, which was offensive. She never even said "thanks" to me. Obviously she hasn't understood that in a customer-based business one has to be polite with clients and do a quality job, plus accept responsibility for a badly made job and fix it. Never ever again!!!
