  Absolutely terrible service! I don't even want to give them ONE star! They don't reply to emails, keep you on hold for over half an hour and say they will do something and never do it. I waited since October for some files and when I contacted them in March they kept sending the wrong information but insisted it was correct. When I eventually got through to someone they said that the information that was given to me was incorrect. No apology nothing just an email stating they had now sent what they were supposed to - FIVE months later! Even now I am trying to contact someone and have sent 2 emails over the last 3 weeks and no one has replied. We will now be taking this further.

  Rather pull my toenails off with vice grips than visit these idiots again. Wait in line for at least an hour just to pay them money for fines, don't ever try go on your lunch break. Lose your paperwork for every court date costing you more time off work. Or spend hours and hours and hours waiting for bail in the rundown shared cells on minimal charges.. zzzzzz

  Like court house, hate being there 😂 This one's ok, Sometimes I feel like I'm here all day even when I have a court time 😴 I dunno who the Judy Lawyers are, until they ask if anyone's looking for one, thinking they'd have badge on or something. A lot of intimidating people not to myself but others. Not pleasing. Wait hooours for for bail papers. Otherwise it's OK. 3 stars from me

  Jury Service is a waste of productive timefor most working people. This task is better off given to retired people who have a wealth of experience and knowledge, they will be suitable for sitting all day talking and waiting for the selection process.
