::For a public library in one of Auckland's toughest neighbourhoods, i commend the staff and team for doing the work they do to provide this free service to the local community. A lower socioeconomic tough community. Ulu Aioni, since your name indicates your original heritage is not of NZ, you'd do well to be more respectful of your hosting nation and the effort they put in to better our communities.

::18Nov16 On the ground floor of the Denham Bramwell law firm building the world's most unassuming library ought to smarten itself up a little and offer a fresh face and attitude to its book borrowers and researchers. A slightly laissez faire staff approach to customer contact and fleeting relationships with browsing members of the public increasingly draws this little player in the library services sector onto funders' unpublished list of non-critical assets. But it will be a complete surprise to staff and management when the closure notice lands in their eMail in boxes.
