  Great spot for lunch and really enjoyed the food. Friendly service. Coffee was only warm not hot hence not giving 5 stars.

  Great vibe in this beachside cafe. Went with a friend from Raumati Beach we both had cooked breakfast and they have turmeric lattes yum.Good range food including gluten free and organic. Parking across the road. Staff were very courteous and we did not have to wait long for our breakfast.

  I received my meal and not long after I started eating I noticed a long, black hair in my food and stuck to the mushroom. I brought this to the attention of their waiting staff and they took my food out to the kitchen. No explanation was given nor a sorry. I was ignored for the rest of the time I was sitting at the table with no food whilst my companion ate. At the end I went to the counter to complain about the food and the manager laughed it off as “it’s only minor”. That’s scary as what state is the kitchen in?! Again, no apology so I requested my $21 breakfast be refunded since I didn’t even eat a quarter of it. The manager again, seemed so reluctant and made me feel that I shouldn’t ask for a refund as ‘hair in food is acceptable’. I will NOT be back. Worst handling of the situation. I was embarrassed and had to request the refund instead of offering to refund the meal. A reluctant sorry was provided after it was obvious I wasn’t impressed. 1 out of 5!
