  Engraving was ok, slightly different to the lettering I was shown. Was given a general time frame for pick up, but was never never actually contacted like I was told I would be

  Really really disappointed. Made a special trip to get five letters engraved on a hip flask bit needed it in a hurry. I walked in and was greeted grumpily. I asked "can you do me a quick favour?". Before I could say anymore the guy said "I can't engrave anything today if that's what you're wanting, the engraver isn't in today". Well that's just awesome for an engraving outfit! How about a bit of genuine customer service and compassion instead of slamming the door behind me? I now understand why I was referred to Mr Minit in Lambton Square...so much for supporting Te Aro local businesses when they treat you like this. I'm not normally one to post reviews, but really annoyed about this service and response.

  Just picked up our new medals, really pleased!! Great service with translating our logo into a medal design and rapid turn around. Fantastic to be supporting a local NZ company. Murray was great to work with. Thanks - I will be back.
