::Food was decent and tasty but never got one smile the whole time. I understand that everyone has bad days but it's not the customers fault. We watched for 20 mins and not one staff member including the manager smiled once which ruined the visit.

::Had our stop-over lunch from the Bay of Islands back to the Bay of Plenty. It was quite crowded during our visit that time yet didn’t take long for our order to arrive. The tables were not that clean, have to wipe it a bit before we started eating. It was alright though if you were just wanting a quick bite.
