  Service poor , lot of staff many not doing anything or same things . Abysmal selection in cabinet of muffins no sandwiches or anything else. WHY NOT? Coffee not hot no serviettes supplied with muffins and 2 mistakes in order . Asked for full milk in coffees 1 had trim asked for 2 butters with muffins got 1. Not a good experience at all . Children getting titchy ....overall everything took to long . Housekeeping left a lot to be desired tables uncleared and messy seating . School holidays I know but no excuse for this . Staffing needs to adjusted . This is the worst I have seen it at Hornby perhaps I need to change where we go in future . I am not happy at all .

  Dry chips and big mac is getting thinner and smaller not worth the price now will stick to fish n chips better value

  I only got a coffee from there and it was in a big massive brilliant cut for the Lotto cream on top one of the best coffees I've had all week

  We went to this maccas at dinner time so it was very busy. They must have run out of hot chips so there was a big wait for our meals... 5 stars because we recieved extra freshly cooked chips (seemingly to compensate). They were also very sorry about the wait.

  Paid for lunch, waited a long time watching my number not move on board. Thankfully had been served coffee. Had to leave to make another commitment. Hungry till tea. For the wait time and price there are much more nutritional options nearby
