  I bought my first McLaren 650S from Luke , their service crew are extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all facets of the McLaren's. Luke and the Giltrap Group have looked after me with great service and a professional attitude.

  Sam and Steven are very very lovely! They are young, knowledgeable and kind. Made us feel so at home without feeling a drop of pressure. They are also very good with the excited kids who come in :)

  Had an awesome experience with the guys at McLaren. From the first step through the door, to the delivery of our vehicle the service was second to none. I mostly dealt with Sam and he was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, very refreshing.

  Exceptional service, and great staff. I have been seriously impressed with the staff at McLaren Auckland. I have bought and sold many prestige brands and without doubt the best customer service I have experienced has been at the hands of Luke and his team. Never too busy or too much trouble. Always welcoming to adults, children and tyre kickers! Ferrari and Maserati take note! Well done McLaren Auckland!

  If you are considering purchasing a Mclaren, a word of advice, do not deal with Luke Neuberger @ McLaren Auckland (giltrap), I have been over quoted , hassled & ripped off at every turn, don't trust a word he says! I've been waiting on my sports exhaust to be returned now for over two years, just another in a long line of disappointments from the Auckland dealer.
