  Every time I visit Tauranga I ensure a breakfast or lunch stop at The Med . The first thing that always stands out and never changes is how friendly and welcoming the team always are . Not many restaurants today still have smiling...happy...friendly staff. Then there is the tasty well presented food. I have never had a bad meal or bad service here. The Med is a place never to miss in Tauranga .

  Healthy choices galore. Items on the menu interchangeable, which means meals are not premade. Chefs actually cook! Lovely specials changing weekly. A great place for everyone, including the kids and the dog.

  Great service, good food, nice coffee. Recommend the big breakfast for sure!

  Really helpful staff. Quick service. Options for where to sit, inside with air conditioning, undercover area out of the sun or outside. The food was excellent.
