  Jerry is amazing I have had a lady who is quite grumpy and it makes the horrible experience even worse. but jerry is great she is quick and kind I ask for her everytime now.

  These people are pure scum ,horrible woman arguing with each other at front desk ,didn't say hello ,didn't explain procedure ,just said come with me sit down and pulled out needle to draw blood ,this is the most third world prison like environment I've ever seen and I've travelled the world .This toxic place needs to be shut down .

  4 because they get super busy and staff feel it and can be a bit curt, but if you take the time to say "HI hows your day?" when you are with the phlebotomist, you will see they are very kind people and just super busy. Not their fault. Good people. Never had a nasty jab or bruise from these folks. Doing well,

  I go there regularly for my 5yr old daughter's bloods. Always find them friendly and super great with her. And is super fast.

  Absolute disgusting experience with a rude phlebotomist (blood collecting technician)this morning. Please improve your customer care skill.
