  Very disappointed with the service department. I live in Ngunguru and booked my car in for a service on a Saturday morning to get its service. (Drove down the three hours down and back another three hours back) it takes and they performed the service, however it needed the spark plugs changed and two air filter replaced, apparently the spares had to come from Singapore (or some such story)and the mechanic didnt have the time that day so the car was re booked this Saturday 21 April. I drove down again (round trip 6 hours). But they couldn't complete the job. Replace spark plugs and air filters and air filters quoted ($ 1000) on a pre booked and confirmed maintenance. This is a really shabby show and I would advise out of towners to buy something else where it can be dealt with locally. Reading through the rest of these reviews, there seems to be a problem with after sales service! Sincerely Dennis Shepherd

  Very disappointed. Went in with an associate of mine to look at replacing our work car following an insurance write off. We were completely ignored for the most part, apart from one salesperson who seemed to be "keeping an eye on us". Finally we asked for some assistance and were told that the car model we were after wasn't in stock but they had one coming in soon (likely the next month or so). I left our admin email with them and they haven't followed up, 6 months later. Great salespeople... They worked hard to lose a sale. We are now in an Audi.

  Just bought a part for my CLA250 from Newmarket Mercedes. Excellent experience with the Parts team. Reuben is a wonderful and extremely helpful staff. He gave lots useful information and answered every questions detailly. I was very pleased to find this dealer. Reuben has successfuly won a new long term client from another dealer (Botany). Highly recommend! Update: Brought car to recalibrate the wiper and some minor problems check. Thanks to Ben who provide excellent customer service and also Mechanic J.V. who is so experience and answer all my questions thoroughly. He helped me to update transmission software and that improve my problem with jerky transmission a lot. Brought the car back to Botany Mercedes couple times before I approach Newmarket Mercedes, they all told me the jerky transmission is fine. I asked them to check any update but they said everything is updated. Well, looks like Newmarket Mercedes has the newer and latest update.

  Just had my car fixed under new car warranty with them, highly recommend the service adviser Hamish Millett, he is extremely friendly, helpful, professional, it was a pleasure doing business with him!

  I recently had my car serviced by Mercedes Benz Auckland. I found the experience to be excellent. From Dion who really knows all the in’s and out’s of everything Mercedes Benz, with so many tempting products for sale in the parts/merchandise department. To Nelson in the Service department who I cannot speak highly enough of. Top marks for excellent customer service. Looking forward to dealing with you again. And to Andrew in the sales department who took the time to share his knowledge of the cars for sale in the show room. It was very interesting and most appreciated. The lounge area was comfortable with TV, coffee and biscuits. I was certainly in my happy place. Thanks to everyone.
