::Staff were very rude and short-tempered. One of the assistants asked for help as I was "doing her head in" when I couldn't find the right piece of jewellery. Apparently its too much of an effort to show me the whole collection, and she was clearly reluctant to do so. Unfortunately I will not be coming back with customer service like this.
