  It's okay ask too many questions and not about the actual product which customer is looking for. Managers are better informed , staff need more product knowledge about what they are selling including weight of items in some cases.The approach is very quick and efficient.

  Unwelcoming.. had gone in to get watch battery done but both staff were with customers so i waited till they were free.. a guy walks in a few minutes later and one of the staff actually acknowledges him while she was with a customer and attends to him as well straight away... so decided to just leave.. found it rude actually

  I’d like to take the time to thank the team at Michael hill Manners street for helping choose a gift today. My mother passed away and I was getting a gift for my father to keep in her memory. I dealt with the manager Erin, she was professional, empathetic and listened to what I wanted. I will always remember how easy she made a really difficult time.

  What a beautiful store! And the team are lovely. They made me feel so special. I have been coming here for a year and every time I get exceptional after service and great prices. 100% recommendation for anyone looking for that special something.
