  Went in to get my car checked for a misfire before work. Left the car asking them specifically to keep the cost as low as possible. I kinda knew the engine needed a thorough clean due to carbon build up so was hoping it won't cost me too much. They took the whole day to diagnose the problems and advised my supercharger had an issue and that the error code won't go away. They asked to keep the car overnight as they wanted to mend the problem from the root. I agreed to that and again asked them not to add any unnecessary cost. Next morning i dropped by before work and was told they did a full clean of everything due to some blocks and all the electrical. They didn't install any new parts or anything just overall cleaning and vacuuming. They billed me $481 for all that stressing the amount of time it took them to diagnose the car. I can't express how pissed off i am about this as i feel like i got ripped off. I could have everything they did myself if i had the time. The whole of point of going to the mechanics is to have the peace of mind of having a fault free car. My car is not fully fixed, it still has some of the issues prior to the clean and i am left with a dent in my wallet. Stay away from these people if you wanna avoid being ripped off.
