  Not sure wht thry did to get 4 star feedback but took a cup in for engraving, never call or texted to say it was ready like they said they would, paid upfront and the guy was super rude to my daughter...I have just collected it, the name isn't even straight looks terrible & didn't even bother giving it a quick polish..rip off & terrible service...😠
